    Hey there!

    I’m Josie Kuntz, your go-to gal for all things insurance with National Insurance Brokers. I took a bold leap into this biz nearly five years ago, trading diaper duty and bar shifts for policies and premiums—and I’ve been loving every minute since.

    Before insurance, I wore many hats (and probably still do). I was a stay-at-home mom, a full-time bartender, a photographer, interior decorator, and even helped run my dad’s hunting consultant business—because why not add “badass businesswoman” to the resume? Every twist and turn brought me here, and it turns out, this is exactly where I’m meant to be.

    Outside the office, I’m raising two wild and wonderful kiddos (ages 4 and 6), who keep me on my toes with school, sports, and our shared love of outdoor adventures. We’re basically a small, chaotic, lovable tornado—and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

    So… what’s my why?

    I’ll be honest—when I first heard the word “sales,” I nearly ran the other way. It didn’t feel like me. I’m a helper, a nurturer, someone who thrives on connection, not commission. But I quickly realized that insurance isn’t about selling—it’s about serving. It’s about sitting down with someone who’s confused, overwhelmed, or just plain fed up with their coverage… and being the person who actually listens, explains, and shows up for them.

    There are so many people—especially our elders—who aren’t getting the time or care they deserve when it comes to something as important as their insurance. That didn’t sit right with me. So I decided to do something about it. This career gives me the chance to care, to connect, and to truly help people in a meaningful way.

    It’s more than policies and paperwork—it’s people. It’s community. And it’s purpose.
