About me
I have worked on hundreds of car and truck wrecks on both sides of the docket, but mostly for plaintiffs. I have also worked on explosions, defective products, slip and fall and trip and fall claims, railroad crossing accidents, and a variety of unusual accidents resulting in serious and often even catastrophic injuries. I have represented over a thousand people in asbestos exposure cases and dozens in silicosis and benzene exposure cases. I have sued Home Depot, Dupont, Texaco, Exxon, BP, Chevron and a long list of lesser known companies on behalf of injured and deceased people and my lifetime of experience makes a BIG difference in what I am able to accomplish in smaller cases. -
