About me
I grew up in West Tennessee then moved to Oklahoma. I graduated from Douglas High School in Oklahoma City and went to college at Phillips University. My graduate degree in social work was completed at the University of Oklahoma. I spent five years in the military, mostly at Walter Reed Army Medical Center. I also moved on to psychological and social work at Howard University Hospital, then St. Elizabeth Hospital in Washington, D.C. I served as a licensed clinical social worker at Howard University Hospital and St. Elizabeth's, and in private practice as a therapist. I've been married 52 years and I have two daughters and a rambunctious dog. -
Hobbies and interest
I volunteer frequently with my church and other organizations, and I enjoy Westerns.
