I am a business strategist and a corporate/business attorney.
Working with government agencies, emerging companies and established multinational corporations, I help my clients solve problems, assess opportunities, facilitate strategic decisions, and close deals.
Working at the intersection of law and sustainability, I have a unique specialty - my ability to effectively develop, negotiate, structure and execute complex domestic and international trade and commercial transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, purchases, sales, strategic partnerships, business & entity formations, cross-border deals and capital projects.
Before Efikas, I worked for and with some of the leading international companies such as Rolls-Royce, EDP Renewables, DNV-GL, Noble Energy, Hess Corporation, Equinor-(formerly-Statoil) and Thompson & Knight. My experience is drawn not only from these large institutions, but I have extensive expertise working with individual entrepreneurs, startups and government agencies in key locations such as Africa, Europe and the Americas. My varied knowledge and exposure allow me to serve clients of any size with projects of any complexity.
