What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
I do what I do to help business find the Employee Benefits they deserve. As a consultant, it is of utmost importance that I am providing the proper guidance and presentation these small businesses would, otherwise, not get with other brokers. Insurance rates are climbing at an exponential rate. Employees of these small businesses rely on consultants like me to do their job effectively in finding the best rates and helpiung them choose competetive benefits for themselves and their families. -
About me
I was born in Puerto Rico and moved to New York City, where I grew up until 1996 when I moved to Orlando, Florida. After graduating high school, I joined the U.S. Marine Corps, and served fourn years. After the military, I found success in the private security sector and worked in the industry for twenty years. I am a UCF alumni and have a degree in Business Administration - with a concentration in Business Management. In 2021, I chnaged careers and moved to the Insurance industry: first with New York Life, as an Agent and Registered Representative; now with USI Insurance Services, where I consult businesses on their Employee Benefits Plans (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Short and Long-Term Disability, and Retirement Plans). I have a 17 year-old son named Nicholas, and two Step-sons - Christian, age 22 Gavriel, age 10. My wife, Maria, recently retired from the Army after 22.5 years and now works in the legal department for Hilton Grand Vacations. -
