I have a colleague that is an attorney who helps businesses with their day-to-day legal needs. He is a former general counsel who has returned to private practice to support companies that do not have an in-house attorney or that need project specific support. He also does business formation work and handles merger/acquisition/dispossession deals on buyer and seller side. -
What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
My "why" is to help those chasing their dreams so that they can keep chasing them.
Most of my clients are self-made and need a confidant to help them navigate business and life challenges. I help clients work through those challenges so that they can continue moving forward.
