I find such satisfaction in helping individuals and families find their dream homes, perfect investment property or maybe even just a property that is a stepping stone in life. I also love helping sellers in seamlessly transition to new chapters of their lives. Guiding sellers through the process, maximizing their property's value and getting to be a part of the excitement as they close one chapter and open another is so rewarding. -
About me
After graduating from Western Oregon University in 2003 with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Business, my husband and I married and moved to Southern Oregon. We were so excited to get out of the rain and into warmer weather! From the moment I met my husband he was buying and selIing real estate, even in his early 20's. From then on, I developed a love for all things real estate. I earned my license, and for the past 18+ years, I have had the privilege of helping buyers and sellers turn their goals and dreams into reality. I am proudly affiliated with John L. Scott Medford. With a wealth of experience under my belt, I bring a deep understanding of the industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to every client I work with. My passion for real estate goes beyond transactions; it's about building lasting relationships and ensuring my clients' satisfaction. I take pride in being a trusted advisor, utilizing my market knowledge and expertise to guide my clients through the process with confidence. In addition to my professional pursuits, I am blessed to be a wife to my husband Matt of 20 years now, and a proud mom to two beautiful kids who attend Cascade Christian School. We also have a sweet kitty cat named Camo who's the queen of the house. We enjoy church at Mtn Church and also Edgewater Christian Fellowship. -

I love running. I have a running group I meet a couple times a week at 5am. Most of all I love the relationships I have with my running friends. It's an opportunity to catch up on their families and support each other in life. I've ran in local half marathons and destination runs as well. I love music of all kinds and attending concerts. Spending time with family is my favorite, whether we're up at Lake of the Woods boating, hiking, swimming, biking, or just being at home with them. We love seeing new sights and traveling, whether it's in Oregon, one of the 50 states or even sometimes internationally when we get a chance. One of our dreams is to hopefully be able to take the kids to Norway someday to meet my husband's family who live there. I love chocolate... well really anything sweet, coffee, trying new recipes for dinner, animals of all kinds and attempting to garden each year. :) I love volunteering at my kid's school given the opportunity. My husband and I also remodel homes. We love seeing a dilapidated property sparkle and come alive after a lot of hard work. Making it something beautiful for the neighborhood and new owner never gets old. We've probably fixed up over 40 properties and it's something we really enjoy together. -

I truly care for my clients and want the absolute best for them. When I take on a commitment, I'm dedicated and work hard for each client, whether it's a smaller sale or a million dollar property. Whether that means waking up early, or sometimes working late into the night to get that offer written and submitted. I work in both Jackson and Josephine County and have diverse real estate knowledge, from a charming small town residence, to a rural property with a well and septic. I personally own multiple rental properties of all kinds, so I also understand the rental market and what it's like to be a landlord in Oregon. Overall, I'm truly passionate about real estate and love how owning it can simultaneously bring families peace of mind and build generational wealth.
