My profession and business bring me joy and supports my clients, local businesses and my family. I enjoy connecting with my client and helping them achieve their goals and reimagine their space and time. I love empowering my clients and audiences, giving them strategies and fresh eyes. It also allows me to give back to the community and support the city I love. -
About me
Hayley Lauterbur is a professional organizer and owner of Cincinnati Organized. She is a Miami University graduate with a degree in Psychology, a focus in Human Factors/Ergonomics and a minor in Neuroscience. She was Co-author on research presented at the 40th National Human Factors Society Conference in Philadelphia, PA. During her 20 year career in manufacturing she was a practitioner of applied Ergonomics, lean manufacturing, risk assessment and project management. Hayley was instrumental in the development of a critical safety process, which received a 2009 Ford Motor Company Presidential Health & Safety Award for the North Americas. Her passion is improving the fit of the environment to the person. Utilizing her background in ergonomics, manufacturing and experience as a professional organizer she is able to create a better fit, organized space and improve processes for her clients. -

Hobbies and interest
My family first and foremost. I have two beautiful daughters one who is becoming an interior designer and one who is in high school. They are both dancers and I enjoy watching them share their talent. I have two dogs and I am a definite dog and animal lover. My other passion is the Enneagram. I enjoy learning and sharing what I've learned about it. -
