    I've dedicated over a decade of my life to studying and helping hundreds of people make the changes they never thought they could make, and creating the business and life results they never thought were possible- Changing Lives... is my Big Why!

    For me, it's about the human condition and the understanding of what drives and motivates behavior. I believe that we are innately wired to want more in our lives, to do better, be better, and have more and that we are born a success. It's about activating the capacities we've been given and learning how to work WITH our brain the way that IT works instead of IT working against us for success.

    When I'm not geeking out on neuroscience, you can find me in the Park with my dog Charlie Brown. My husband and I both love everything outdoors, golfing, watersports, and vacationing with our adult children; Amazing that our kids want to travel and hang out with us on vacation.
    I'm a classic rock-and-roll girl, I love living in Texas, love country music, and Nashville; but my music genre is varied. Ask me who I'm listening to when we connect. It won't come as a surprise when you get to know me, that I'm a bit of a book nerd, consuming all things personal development, success, and business building.

    If you’re like me, you may have experienced taking a workshop or going to a weekend conference or a retreat, and you get all pumped up about what’s possible for your business and life. You can’t wait to get back home to start implementing some new strategy. You get back, and in as little as 2-3 weeks maximum, you notice you’ve gotten off track, or even forgotten what you promised yourself you’d do, and nothing has changed... IT'S BECAUSE YOU HAVE THE SAME BRAIN.
    Or, it’s the end of the year, and you're looking at your EOY revenue, and you realize you’ve made pretty much the same amount of money year after year, even when you set money goals to achieve more. The missing piece to achieving your goals is... you guessed it... brain change!

    If you want to create change, whether it’s more income in your business or some areas of your life that's not as good as it could be, you have to go to the level where change occurs... you have to go to the unconscious brain-base level to change your thinking.
