N&C was started in 2002 after a 3 year experience doing BusDev for an action sports dot-com. At the time, I saw there were IT firms who could build sites with all kinds of tools and functionality, but they were ugly and not user friendly. Then there were graphic design firms who made beautiful sites that represented the company well, but were not scalable, had no business tools, and often did poorly with search engine listings. I believed that sticking the designers in the same room with the developers, SEO experts, copy writers, and marketing strategists, and making them hash it out results a better end product. Today, we still encourage the collaboration of the multiple skillsets held by our team. Their diverse age, gender, talents, experience, and perspectives are mixed into every product and service we offer.

Our ideal client understands the importance of marketing and likely has in-house marketing staff. However, they can see that even the most talented individual cannot be an expert in everything. Refer a client and get N&C service credits: If a referred client signs a 12 mo. agreement with N&C, the referring entity is credited with N&C services equal to the agreement's first month's retainer hours (up to ten hours). For example, if you refer a client, and they sign a 12 month agreement with N&C for 30 hrs. per mo., we will credit your company with 10 hrs. of services.
