What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
My biggest "Why" is my family and my desire to support them. I also want to be a positive example to my children. There is a pride element involved, as well. I take pride in working everyday and I want to finish strong in my last decade of working.
I also connect with small business people. My Dad owned a small business, and I did as well. So I understand the challenges they face. They have to do everything. So, when you can provide a service that takes a something off their plate, frees them up, while also adding value back, that resonates with me. -

I'm married with three adult children. My wife Jennifer and I have been together since 1995. We're not just husband and wife, we're also friends. That's why we've been together for so long.
I have three great, adult children who are each making their way in the world. They are all hard workers and responsible people and I'm very proud of them. They shaped me into the person I am today. -

I managed my own agency for 6 years before joining a national, digital agency for 4 more.
