  • What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
    I get the most enjoyment out of life by helping others succeed in life. Because of this, it has been my life's goal to help people & communities prosper. For me, one of the best ways to achieve this is by helping business owners achieve success in their businesses through their workforce. Prosperity comes full circle in those moments as they themselves become happier and more profitable when the strategy, support, and resources my team provides business owners makes their employees become happier and more productive.

    I am a Market Development Manager at BBSI, and have been in the Professional Employment Organization industry for 4 years. Prior to that, I worked as a Vice President of Sales, Marketing, and Operations for a software company that I took from 2 million in revenue to 10 million, and 5 employees to 30 within one year of being in that role. After achieving substantial growth for the business, I decided to move into the professional employment organization space to help other business owners achieve success in growing their businesses, which I have done time and time again over the last 4 years.
