    I am a first generation graduate with small town roots (pop. 300) who went on to get my Masters from Purdue University and an MBA from Indiana University. After doing Mergers & Acquisitions for a multi-billion dollar internationally owned company, I broke off to do this independently. I formed my own company and now assist small business owners the level the playing field as they explore a business exit. My Senior Advisor and I have over 45 years of cumulative experience of selling businesses and have sold hundreds of businesses.
