I love to educate people on how all retirement accounts work and optimize their savings for a better retirement as it pertains to their "spendability".
Originally from Southern Indiana, I started my professional career with the US Marine Corps before entering the corporate world as a
founding member and partner of a large Managed IT Services organization. After 2 decades, I ventured into the real estate space, and into retail Finance. My wife, Norma, and I currently live in Northwest Houston surrounded by our 5 children and their families.
I am an avid sports fan. As a family we love to attend sporting events as well as spend time outdoors in general. I love to get away from the city and get out into the country and enjoy nature. A lot of my time is spent with the kids and our extended family. Grilling out, watching baseball by the pool is a perfect day.
I am looking to helping anyone trying to maximize their retirement by reducing market volatility, taxes, and advisor fees in their portfolio. I believe that everyone, regardless of account balances, deserves the opportunity to get assistance maximizing their retirement.
Qualifying Questions: What are three questions we can ask clients to help pave the way for a referral? List them here.
1. How do you feel about taxes in the future? If you believe, like I do, that they will go up, we should discuss a plan.
2. How do you feel about the stock market and risk tolerance in the stock market? If market volatility is something you think about in your portfolio, we should discuss a plan.
3. Do you have any old 401(k) accounts or IRAs that you're no longer contributing to? If so, we should talk.
Describe How You Would Like To Be Introduced Via Email
I want to introduce you to Duane Wagner, a financial professional with The Fitzpatrick Group base in Houston. As a business owner since the early 2000s, Duane has dedicated his life to the service of other people and enhancing their lives and businesses.
Duane is looking forward to the opportunity to assist people in their personal financial goals, young and old, as they head toward their retirement goals and even more importantly, keeping your hard-earned money in your pocket, and not advisors or the IRS.
