What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
I have a 20 year old severely autistic son and I want to ensure that he will have the resources available to him for the rest of his life. I also love to help and protect people and my career offers me that opportunity every day. -
About me
I was born in Ellsworth, Maine. I have 2 sisters and 2 stepbrothers. I spent my childhood in the state of Maine and then my family moved to Spain when I was 6 years. My dad was serving a tour in the Navy. When my dad retired, my family moved to Gilbert, Arizona (Phoenix area) where I spent the rest of my youth into adulthood. I have been living in the Houston, Texas area since 1997 with my son and husband.
I have a Bachelor of Science in Education from University of Houston – Victoria. My corporate America background has been in customer service, project management and corporate training. I was also a public-school educator for 2 years.
I like to spend time with husband and son. We enjoy traveling, watching college football, reading and watching movies. I have traveled all over the United States for business and pleasure. -
