I help entrepreneurs lose weight without dieting.
…because I personally struggled with food and my weight for DECADES, and I told myself: “Once I figure this out, I’m gonna help other people.”
I can confidently say I lost the weight easily, I maintain the weight loss easily, because what I discovered is that weight loss is simply a set of skills that ANYONE can learn. And that is SO fun to share with anyone who needs it. -

I operate from the perspective that life is a MIRACLE - I mean, it’s truly wild that we’re here, right?
So while I love to go deep, I also love to be light-hearted about it all and get weird as much as possible. My favorite is laughing and making other people laugh. -
