As a lawyer turned Doctor of Leadership, speaker, and group facilitator, my experiences span multiple sectors. I rapidly build trust, break down barriers, and construct tools (including 360 assessments) to drive action. I leverage data to dive deeper into learning challenges and am continually unearthing avenues to increase hands-on learning through new situations and tactics.
