I never wanted to be in this industry because I had 4 family members die due to their insurance situation. When I found a brokerage that is about putting the client in the best spot possible, I had to be in this industry.

Tell your clients or referrals that what I do is unique. Being able to completely customize their plan to them and tell them that I will have questions. Building this out is a whole conversation, I also partner with my clients throughout the year. If something goes wrong, I want them to reach out to me so I can go to bat for them! Our brokerage has 35 years in this business and is constantly updating our offering to only keep the best companies in our portfolio.
