After I retired from the Military, I had always thought about opening a business that would serve people and when the time was right, I decided to move forward with First Choice Home Inspectors. As a home inspector you must have discipline, honor, integrity, and attention to detail, which were traits taught in the Military and I continue to follow. Helping homeowners or soon to be homeowner protect their investment. -
About me
First Choice Home Inspectors is a Veteran owned business that is a subscriber to the TMLS services Orange County and the surrounding Counties. We provide home inspections for real estate buyers, sellers and homeowners that want to ensure their home is in good working order and will withstand the test of time.
We take pride in providing our clients with a thorough assessment of the property by utilizing Infrared Imaging, Drone Technology and providing a comprehensive digital report within 72 hours which includes all habitable structures and accessible systems and components: from the roof to the basement or crawl space and everything in between. Along with providing the best service possible we offer our clients a complimentary digital home management platform (HomeBinder) for the lifetime they own their home. This helps manages the home maintenance requirements, appliance recall notifications and much more. We are also a Triangle MLS Licensed Home Inspector Subscriber.
