  • What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
    The longer I've worked, the more I've realized how centrally-important freedom is to me: Freedom of time, freedom of location, freedom to create. I thrive on connecting with people in the shared service of a goal - optimally, a goal that facilitates joy and/or beauty. Becoming a full-time graphic designer put freedom and the beauty of creation at the center of what I do, and I've never been happier.

    I'm a singer, a performer, a designer, a boymom, a wife, and lots more. I love to travel, particularly to Scotland. Before becoming a full-time graphic designer I spent a lot of time performing & touring with professional a cappella groups and wedding/event bands. I co-wrote a children's musical aimed at inspiring k-8th grade students to get involved in STEM fields. One of my goals is to be a living example to my boys that they can do literally anything they want, and that "growing up" doesn't have to mean spending lots of time doing things you don't want to do.
