I am passionate and driven to assist others. I do this through the concept of coaching, but I am not an athletic coach. I am an Executive Coach, a Performance Coach, a Leadership Development Coach, and a Corporate Culture Coach. I want to help individuals achieve their goals, and I want to assist teams and organizations in planning, executing, and delivering strategic results.
About me
Retired Army Colonel, Jump Master, Ranger, Pathfinder with 35 years of service. Strategic thinker and planner at senior levels in the U.S. Army. Experienced in corporate America, small business America, and entrepreneur American. I am a servant with a lifetime of service to this country and a desire to continue as a servant leader in areas where I can make a difference. I am legal, moral, and ethical, governed by the tenants of the West Point Honor Code: you don't lie, cheat or steal, or tolerate those that do. My relationships are based on trust, credibility, and competency. My values are steadfast, and not negotiable.
The Lovely Mrs. Hope, God's grace to me. Continuous education and lifelong learning. I am a news junkie and a voracious reader. I am the steward of 75 acres of Franklin County Forest pine timber that I am slowly returning to native Tennessee hardwoods and native habitat. Team Hope loves to travel: Ocean and river cruises are our favorites, but we explore Tennessee parks in the season with our travel trailer. We love to mountain bike and hike for cardio and weight loss!
