    My name is Keli Ortega and I have lived in Colorado Springs since 1995. My husband of nineteen years and youngest of two boys live in the downtown area and love everything Colorado! I got into the insurance business right out of high school. I wanted to help people prepare for the disasters we have here in our area. After being in the business for ten years I experienced both the Waldo Canon Fire and the Black Forest Wildfire. I had the opportunity first hand in my career to truly assist individuals and businesses in recovering from a total loss. It was at that point that I realized that setting up my clients with the best coverage, meeting their specific needs was incredibly valuable during these times. I also understood over time that representing just one company wasn’t always an appropriate fit for my customers. With KO Insurance Agency we broker through dozens of companies to ensure we can always find a good fit for you, your family, and your business. We specialize in quality of life coverage, not just insurance!!

    An individual or business who is looking for a trusted advisor to build a relationship established by hard work, trust and consistency. I am not a get insurance quick without a discussion agent. If they are only talking price without an educated conversation on what is needed for their risk, I will not be a good fit for them. I will not cut corners! I will do an analysis for everyone and every business we insure!
