  • What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
    My passions are to teach and to help others. I have had a rich and varied career as an executive, consultant, trainer and executive coach. At this point in my career, I wish to help others achieve success in their businesses. I believe that businesses that are run with strong values, operational excellence and a positive culture can change the world. I wish to change the world one company at a time.

    In my youth, I wanted to become a professional classical musician. I was the nerdy kid who woke herself up at 6:00 am every morning to practice piano before school. After college, I taught violin to 60 gradeschoolers. If I can teach violin to snotty-nosed youngsters, I can teach you EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System)! I then entered the tech industry, moved to San Francisco and joined a startup software company, where I rose quickly to become the Vice President of Client Services. In that role, I helped created an amazing culture of excellent customer service, which in part prepared the company for an IPO. Then I moved my family to Texas, where I've started three non-profit organizations and two for-profit companies. The first company was in IT services consulting and training, and the second was in leadership training and executive coaching. I have helped hundreds of companies improve their operations and leadership strength. I was on contract faculty at University of Texas at Dallas for five years, where I provided leadership training and coaching to businesses. I started EOS Implementer (Entrepreneur Operating System) work to be able to help leaders of smaller companies get everything they want from their businesses.

    I am looking for companies with between 10 and 250 employees whose leaders are open-minded, growth-oriented, willing to be open and vulnerable with their teams and ready for change. Typically, the companies are experiencing one of several frustrations - problems with employees not being accountable, revenue/profit is not growing as fast as before, the owner is working too hard and nothing seems to help.
