I’m Samantha Varner, a Business Coach & Consultant with over 16 years of experience helping service-based business owners grow thriving, profitable businesses. I specialize in guiding business owners to master their finances, increase visibility, and drive consistent sales – turning chaotic, underperforming businesses into structured, profit-making machines.
I work with entrepreneurs who are ready to stop underpaying themselves, get clear on their financials, and build a business that fuels their life (not drains it). Through coaching, strategy, and a no-BS approach, I help clients step into their CEO role, scale their businesses, and achieve the financial freedom they deserve.
I am also the host of a podcast, mom to 4 growing kids that I need to Uber to their social lives constantly :) -
