I very much enjoy the challenge of growing and promoting my business by taking great care of our clients, the people I connect with and with those who are considering doing business with me. I have a passion for networking, marketing and sales that only now, in my new role at Citara Systems, am I able to fully invest myself in. I also take great pride in sharing information and educating people about my company and what we do because I know how much people will benefit from the services we have to offer from my own experience as a former client.
I am still a Doctor of Physical Therapy and former owner of All-Access Physical Therapy, Inc., a busy 3-clinic outpatient PT company I founded in 2002 and successfully grew until I sold it in December, 2020. It was time for me to move on from physical therapy and find a new challenge that keeps me motivated while still helping people. I truly believe I have found it. I live in Shrewsbury, MA with my wife and three children who are growing up way to fast for me. I enjoy vacationing with my family, spending a lot of time by the pool or at the beach in the summertime with my wife, golfing (favorite outdoor activity), skiing, cooking on my outdoor griddle, and hanging around my fire pit with friends and family during the spring, summer, and fall months. I am a headbanger (80's and 90's music) with a secondary degree in classic rock (60s and 70s music). I am a Star Wars geek and if I had to choose teams between Captain America and Tony Stark, aka Ironman, I'm going with Tony.
A small to mid-sized business owner or executive with 15-50 employees using computers on a daily basis who recognizes the importance of a properly running computer network not only for day to day productivity in his or her business, but for the growth and ultimate success for his or her business. This person does not see IT as a necessary evil that should be short changed to cut costs, but a necessary investment to the productivity, growth, and profitability of his/her company over the long haul. The ideal referral also values and demands exceptional customer service from his or her clients.
Qualifying Questions: What are three questions we can ask clients to help pave the way for a referral? List them here.

2) Do you find your company's productivity is being slowed down more than you like due to computer network issues?
3) Do you have a comprehensive 3-5 year IT plan for your business that is in sync with your plans for growth?
