My law firm has two goals. The first is to provide business owners and C-Suites with the legal expertise and knowledge needed to run and protect their businesses. The second is to help individuals and businesses even the odds against insurance companies and recover the money they are owed in connection with their insurance and injury claims.
I grew up in Austin, Texas, but I have been working and living in Houston with my family for over a decade. I have been practicing law for 13 years, and I opened my own firm four years ago. I began my career advising businesses on liability and other business-related issues and defending and advising insurance companies in connection with insurance and injury claims at a large firm. While I have continued advising businesses concerning the many types of legal issues that come up while running a business for the entirety of my career, I switched sides against the insurance companies and began suing them on behalf of businesses, property owners, and injured people about 10 years ago.
I have never charged for initial consultations and am always happy to at least have an initial strategy session with someone in the group free of charge.

Qualifying Questions: What are three questions we can ask clients to help pave the way for a referral? List them here.
Are you worried that your business may not be adequately protected from legal liability? Has an insurance company delayed or denied paying your claim? Are you aware that the the first few days after an accident or injury are critical if you are going to recover what you are owed against an at-fault party?
