    To ensure employers and employees have the best benefits at the right price. The issue is the lack of transparency, timing, and accountability in the insurance industry. Brokers have more or less become order takers while carriers, facilities, and PBM's rake in major profits, and employers/employees cost continue to increase. My approach is unlike other firms in that I use proprietary technology, industry experts (in-house employees), coupled with an accountability process to deliver the best outcomes for my clients.
