What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
I do this work because for most business owners, their company is not just a job—it is their life’s work and often the majority of their personal net worth. I have experienced this reality firsthand. My parents were multi-business owners; some of their ventures were successful, some were not. In some cases, they exited well. In others, they did not exit at all—either because they waited too long or never truly understood what the business was worth.
I have also lived this from the owner’s seat myself. I have acquired competitors and exited businesses on two separate occasions. Because of that, I understand the uncertainty, pressure, and emotional weight that come with buying, growing, and ultimately deciding when and how to exit.
I believe personal experience—paired with genuine empathy and sympathy—is critical when guiding someone through one of the most important financial and personal transitions of their life. My purpose is to help business owners gain clarity, avoid costly mistakes, and move confidently into their next chapter, knowing they made informed decisions about what they built. -

Outside of work, Andy enjoys fishing as a way to recharge—primarily offshore fishing targeting tuna, marlin, and wahoo. When he is looking for a slower-paced adventure, he also enjoys relaxing beach trips and spending time near the water.
He also enjoys cooking and experimenting in the kitchen, as well as spending quality time with his two dogs, Zoe and Marlin, who keep life active and entertaining. Andy and his family are proud caretakers of a 15-year-old African Grey parrot they have had for the past three years. The parrot is equal parts brilliant and mischievous—known for deconstructing the house, mimicking the cats, and cat-calling Andy while he is on phone calls, which keeps things lively and never dull.
