What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
I’m a seasoned business owner, and like many founders, I learned the hard way that building a successful business doesn’t automatically mean it’s operating effectively.
Over the years, my husband and I have built multiple businesses together. As our companies grew, we started noticing something that many founders experience but rarely talk about - the business can be generating revenue, yet money is quietly leaking out through taxes, insurance, inefficient systems, or operational decisions that were made years earlier when the company was much smaller.
At one point we realized that even though we were working hard and growing, we didn’t always have full visibility into whether our companies were optimized.
Once we began working with the right advisors, the impact was significant — both financially and operationally.
That experience is what led me to build the Quarter 5 framework. I saw firsthand how many founders reach a stage where their business has outgrown its original structure, and no one is helping them identify where the hidden inefficiencies are.
I do this work because I know what it feels like to build a business from the ground up and how powerful it is when someone helps you uncover opportunities you didn’t even realize existed. -
