About me
I'm the youngest of five kids and have lived in Colorado since the 8th grade. I grew up in Monument, but spent most of my adult life on the Western Slope — Glenwood Springs and Cortez. Before starting this business, I spent my career as a probation officer, and I officiated volleyball for about 23 years.
Nine years ago I came back to Colorado Springs to open Goosebumps Cryotherapy with my sister. Today I'm living in my childhood home with my brother while we care for our elderly mother.
Family has shaped just about everything in my life, which is probably why I run the studio the way I do — I'd rather know your name and your story than your membership number. -
What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
When my sister & I experienced the life-changing benefits of cryotherapy, we decided to share that others. Helping others experience less pain and inflammation in 3 minutes, seeing and hearing their genuine reactions, brings joy to my heart. -

Hobbies and interest
Hiking, kayaking, and pretty much any adventure that gets me outside. I love flower gardening, and my two best buddies are Monte and Cristo — my cat and dog, who are usually along for whatever I'm up to.
