What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
My 'why' comes from my background in nursing. In healthcare, my job was to advocate for people and protect their well-being during major life events. I transitioned into real estate because I realized I could use that same high-stakes problem-solving and service mindset to protect my clients' financial well-being. Real estate isn't just about houses; it's the primary vehicle for local families and investors to build long-term stability and wealth. I do what I do to ensure my community makes smart, high-ROI property decisions that set them up for the future. -

Born and raised in Rochester, NY, Tyrone James brings a deep-rooted understanding of the local community to every client interaction. After attending schools across Rochester, Brighton, and Brockport, Tyrone graduated from Brockport High School in 2003. He now resides in Greece, NY, and continues to serve the Greater Rochester area with professionalism and care.
Tyrone is a family-oriented individual with a passion for helping others—a value that has guided him throughout his career. With a background as a Licensed Practical Nurse since 2015, he brings over a decade of healthcare experience focused on compassion, reliability, and client advocacy. Prior to that, he spent 10 years in customer service, sharpening his communication skills and strengthening his ability to listen and connect.
In 2023, Tyrone made a natural transition into real estate—driven by his passion for people, his love of the Rochester region, and his desire to help families achieve their homeownership goals. As a licensed real estate professional, Tyrone is committed to staying current with evolving market trends, technology, and client service tools.
