Having been through these situations in my personal life My “why” is rooted in helping people recover when they are most vulnerable. Property damage is rarely just a technical problem—it disrupts lives, businesses, and peace of mind. I do what I do to restore stability, protect assets, and bring clarity, restore confidence during moments of chaos. Every project is an opportunity to do the right thing, an opportunity to serve and be of service. -

About me
I have spent more than a decade in the restoration industry, beginning my career as an entry-level technician and working my way through the field. I've earned multiple industry certifications and gained hands-on experience that ultimately led me into leadership as a Branch Manager. Today, I serve as a Business Development Manager, bringing both operational knowledge and strategic perspective to every relationship I manage.
Because I have worked in the field and in leadership, I understand restoration from every angle—technical execution, team coordination, client expectations, and business performance. This background allows me to communicate clearly, set realistic expectations, and ensure alignment between clients, partners, and operations.
Outside of work, I am married and the father of three children, with two dogs completing our household. My life is grounded in my faith, my family, and my career. These values shape how I lead, how I serve clients, and how I build long-term relationships—through integrity, accountability, and consistency. -
