Nikky has more than eight years of experience in staffing, recruiting, and workforce development. He has helped hundreds of companies find quality hires across manufacturing, logistics, and light industrial sectors—placing more than 600 candidates into meaningful positions.
He’s passionate about safety leadership, structured growth, and building relationships that last. His wife, Maria, also works in HR, and together they share a commitment to developing people and strengthening workplace cultures throughout the Memphis region. -
