Very passionate about the role that "Culture" plays within an organization. So much in fact that I believe culture is the invisible leader inside any company. It has more influence than any other factor relative to employee engagement and the customer experience. And ultimately, how your customers see your brand.
I am extremely blessed to have an awesome family! My wife and I have been married for 25 years, and 2 of our 3 kids are working, with one still in college, attending the University of Florida. When I am not working, I am either on the lake, golfing, or spending time with my beautiful wife!
