I have exited 2 businesses and I made bad decisions. I didn't know how to prepare for the transition, who I needed on my team to help with the exit, and I didn't understand business value. I dedicated myself to learning how to do it the right way. Now, I am searching for the person I used to be so that I can help them have more freedom while owning the business. I want to help them build a team that operate the business without their daily involvement. I want to help them build a more valuable business so that they can successfully exit the business when the time comes. I want to help them obtain the lifestyle they desire.

I was the owner of Bennett’s Market and Bennett’s Catering, both located in Little Rock, Arkansas. For over 20 years, I evolved both businesses to fit my personal needs and goals. I completely changed how each business operated while maintaining and motivating my team.
I graduated from the University of Arkansas with a B.S. in Microbiology. I am an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys hunting, fishing, and sports. In my free time, Alan coaches a trapshooting team and I also coaches CrossFit. I enjoy helping others improve themselves and seeing the thrill of accomplishment on my clients’ faces.
