What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
I earnestly believe helping leaders win is my calling in life and I've been bridging the relationship, management, and team gaps for leaders for over 20 years. It is so satisfying for me to see a healthy work environment come to fruition for employees through training, coaching, clear HR Strategy, and the empathy and understanding that can only come through a leader being their authentic self. This is joy to me because learning is one of my top strengthfinder stengths. Its fun learning a team's culture and solving the interpersonal, strategic, and systemic problems that others would not be able to do unless my gifts were involved. I get as much out of helping as the team gets out of being helped...I work hard to help leaders get it right, and their teams are closer, more productive, and satisfied as a result. It's my goal to significantly reduce the stat that says, "50% of employees leave because of their relationship with their manager". I believe I can make a significant change in this area and I'm committed to making difference. -

About me
Hi Everyone! I'm a former Air Force Officer and Eagles Fan (NFL). I'm a positive, fun loving, father of 3 who's been married for 25 years and have worked with some the best teams in the world and some of the worst. I am a man of faith and I've learned a great deal from my professional experience and love to share my expertise to help leaders be their best and motivate their teams. When I'm not consulting, I enjoy reading, deep conversations, being active in my kids lives, singing, and you occasional Marvel Movie. Note: I live right outside of the studio where they made "Black Panther" and most of the Marvel films. As you can see, I'm honest, transparent, love inspiring others and fully engaged in accomplishing my mission to reverse the statistic that, "50% of employees leave their jobs because of their relationship with their manager"... -
