Your Network in Action Monthly Member Meeting is designed for you and your referral partner business owners to deepen relationships, enhance collaboration, and further develop your understanding of one another. 

Showing up is essential to building strong partnerships that foster mutual growth and success through engaging discussions, collaborative problem-solving, and intentional relationship building through networking. 

Your Monthly Member meeting is the cornerstone of the Network in Action experience, providing members with valuable tools and connections to thrive individually and collectively.

Reminder of key membership expectations each NIA member agreed to:

A 12-month membership, completing your profile, and onboarding and training in our member web portal and smartphone app. Feel free to schedule a Zoom call with Angela if you need more training.

Follow up on referrals within 24-48 hours, update their status, and handle customer service issues professionally.

Attend at least 11 out of 12 monthly meetings, complete a minimum of two monthly one-to-ones, participate in your industry collaborative, and log your pavement points.

Arrive on time for meetings; tardiness will be noted, and substitutes must be arranged if absent.

Invite at least six visitors annually and log your points—60 points for bringing a visitor.

Provide a minimum of one Quality Referral per month. Top performers are recognized.

Check the NIA website weekly for referrals, connections, feed updates, and submit your pavement points monthly.

Failure to meet these criteria may result in the cancellation and deactivation of your membership without refunds.
