  • What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
    I'm passionate about helping others succeed, whether that's my end borrower or my co-lender that helps fund our loans. Real estate investments can provide tremendous amounts of financial freedom and I want to help as many fellow investors and co-lenders as possible reach whatever goals they have set out for themselves, financially and otherwise.

    I'm a native of Middle TN, have lived in various places in the Mid State and am back "home", 5 miles from where I grew up. I'm married to my beautiful wife, Angela and we have a 17 year old son, William. I'm the Founder and President of Revive Capital Partners, a TN state licensed private real estate financing company, and have spent the majority of my professional career in the real estate investment world. I bought my first rental house in 2009 and have owned everything from apartment buildings, to vacation rentals, to a self storage facility since. I thoroughly enjoy helping others achieve their goals through real estate investment and the freedom it can offer.

    Personal service and reliable loan fundings. I personally deal directly with every borrower, from first point of contact all the way through underwriting and loan closing. A particular problem in our space is lenders not following through on funding commitments and leaving a borrower high and dry at the closing table. We will not commit to a loan that we can't fund. We have a 100% commitment to closing ratio.
