AKA Is it fully systemized?

    Do they have a single source of information providing a real-time view of all important sales, revenue, profit and operation metrics updated via automation versus they or their staff spending an exorbitant part of their day tracking down, collecting, reporting or transferring data between the various business applications such as their CRM or accounting system?
