It sends timely reminders, answers questions in real time, encourages engagement, and helps members get the most out of their membership—especially in their first year. Think of it as a personal networking guide that never sleeps!

• How does it help members in their first year?

  The first year is when members are building habits, learning the system, and forming connections. Connection Coach helps by:

  • Reminding them of meetings, socials, and events so nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Prompting them to take small, consistent actions that lead to referrals (like posting every 10 days!).
  • Answering “how do I…” questions instantly so they stay confident and engaged.
  • Nudging them to connect with fellow members between meetings.
• Is it only for new members, or can existing members use it too?

  It’s for everyone in your group. New members use it to get onboarded faster, while seasoned members use it to stay active, track opportunities, and never miss a chance to connect.

• What makes Connection Coach different from me just sending reminders myself?

  Connection Coach works automatically, 24/7, and at scale. You don’t have to remember to follow up with each member individually—it does it for you, personalized to their activity level and preferences. This frees you to focus on building relationships and leading your group.

  No, not yet—but we’re aiming for that in Phase 2.

• Does Connection Coach send reminders by email, text, or through the NIA platform?

  Connection Coach uses multiple channels—email, text, and in-platform messages—to make sure members see the reminders in the way that works best for them.

• Can members reply to Connection Coach, or is it one-way communication?

  Members can reply directly, and Connection Coach will respond instantly with answers, resources, or next steps.

• What happens if a member ignores the reminders?

  Connection Coach adjusts its messaging frequency and may alert you if a member’s engagement drops significantly, giving you a chance to step in personally.

• What’s the cost and what’s included?

  $345 flat rate

  • Unlimited members
  • Full access to reminders, Q&A, engagement tracking, and support
• How does the $49/month option work after September 1?

  After September 1, new subscribers can choose $49/month for ongoing access instead of the one-time flat rate.

• Is there a contract or commitment period?

  No. You can cancel anytime with a 90-day notice, though you’ll find the value increases over time as member habits strengthen and the AI learns more ways to help.

Support & Integration

• What support will I get if I have questions or issues with the bot?

  You’ll have direct access to NIA’s tech support team plus an onboarding call to set up and tailor your bot.

• Does Connection Coach integrate with other NIA tools or my CRM?

  Yes. It works seamlessly with the NIA platform and can integrate with common CRM tools for follow-up tracking.
